Pastor Tammy McNair CEO and founder of Sister Circle Ministries in Waldorf, Maryland. She is an anointed, gifted, and compassionate preacher and teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She was born and raised in Landover, Maryland. She received Jesus Christ as her personal savior in 1989 and rededicated her life to Jesus Christ on June 30, 1996.

She answered the call to ministry in October of 2001 and preached her initial sermon on October 10, 2003, “Meant to Live and Not Die”. She was licensed to preach in June of 2004. In September of 2011, she was ordained to the Office of Pastor under the spiritual covering of Apostle Trena D. Stephenson Presiding Prelate of Bridge of Hope Deliverance Ministries and Fellowship of Churches.

Pastor Tammy has a heart to serve God’s people with humility, pureness, integrity and to encourage them in the Lord. She has preached at prayer breakfasts, women’s conferences, and church worship services.

In October of 2004, Pastor Tammy established a ministry called the “Sister Circle,” in her workplace. This ministry is a fellowship of women supporting, encouraging, and spiritually building up each other for the Glory of God through sharing testimonies or giving an inspiring word through scripture, as they learn and grow together in Christ Jesus and to receive healing, deliverance, and restoration. She also received the opportunity to present “Sister Circle” to a group of Young Adult Woman at a Women’s Retreat with Mount Sinai Baptist Church in Washington DC in 2006.

Pastor Tammy started out hosting conferences for women in Waldorf Maryland in 2009, that shifted to conducting annual Sister Circle Retreats for women in Ocean City from 2014 until present.

She has functioned in different areas of ministry, serving as an intercessor and lead servant of a Prayer Ministry, Net Ministry, Christian Education, Marriage Ministry, and Women’s Ministry. Pastor Tammy is a co-author of the book “And He Still Hears” and “Breathe Again” served as co-host of Daughters of Distinction Live under the producer Apostle Trena Stephenson. She has appeared as a regular guest on - If My People Broadcast on DCTV.

Pastor Tammy took a leap of faith and published a small devotional titled “She is Able” based on Philippians 4:13 in November 2020. This devotional book was written to inspire and encourage women to embrace their purpose and destiny by sharing her journey and how she got started in ministry through hearing the voice of God.

She has been married for 28 years, has three children, two beautiful granddaughters and resides in Maryland.

Pastor Tammy continues her ‘walks by faith and not by sight’, embracing all that God has destined for her life, as she stands steadfast believing according to Matthew 19:26…with God all things are POSSIBLE!!!
